Troy and Kim Russell have made running Old Bandon Golf Links into a family affair.

Since the couple began leasing the course from owners Jerry Brown and Margaret Miller, they have gotten the entire family involved.

While Troy is a specialist at golf course turf and Kim has been keeping the pro shop in order, their two daughters also play an active role.

Alaina, age 13, works both in the golf shop and out on the course, while Amelia, age 7, likes to clean and re-sell balls that are found on the course.

The couple’s 5-month-old border collie, Bandit, also can be seen all around the facility, both in the clubhouse and out on the course, running along side the carts that golfers take out or the work vehicles the crew uses.
